Schwan Cosmetics will unveil META-INK in PrimeLiner at Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna (March 26–28, 2026), introducing a next-generation liquid eyeliner platform that enables brands to develop customized shades within days while maintaining consistent high-performance standards across the entire color range.
The launch addresses a rapidly shifting beauty landscape where social media trends can alter global demand overnight. Schwan Cosmetics META-INK: One Formula, Near-Unlimited Shades
At the core of META-INK is a single optimized base formula (INCI) that works across all shades — a significant shift in how colored liquid liners can be developed and scaled. Finishes range from intense flat tones to pearly-metallic effects, and the formulation incorporates skin-conscious ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and L-arginine for lash-line hydration and barrier support.

The formulation is free from BHT, nano-styrene/acrylates, caprylyl glycol, EDTA, parabens, sulfates, phenoxyethanol, and any animal-derived ingredients. It is vegan, cruelty-free, and composed of up to 78 percent ingredients of natural origin according to ISO 16128.
PrimeLiner Packaging: Patent-Pending Customization
The patent-pending PrimeLiner packaging system features an airtight engine solution ensuring formula stability with a minimum of 400 applications per 0.6 ml unit. The ultra-precise 0.1 mm tip provides smooth, continuous ink flow for bold graphic looks. Constructed from PP and stainless steel, PrimeLiner supports various decoration options, customizable overshells, and color-matched components.
